Brother, this picture was taken at Japan. It was captured during a cool windy walk near Matsushima (松島) which boasts of many pine trees.Matsushima consists of many small islands covered in pines, and is known to offer one of the 3 most beautiful and scenic views in Japan!It is located near the town of Sendai (仙台).
