The Boys and Girls are Back!
And this time, they are heading for the big screen!
Who would have thought that a made-for-TV show 2 years ago, about a bunch of kids at the fictitious East High, would turn out to be so hugely successful, and made enormous stars out of the teenage cast, especially Zac and Vanessa.
An exclusive gala premiere screening of High School Musical 3 was held recently by Walt Disney. Kids and their families were treated to free drinks, ice-creams, and popcorns.
HSM3 opens in Singapore tomorrow. Go, Wildcats, Go!
TV personalities and their families also turned up to lend their support.
Special performances by a group of 5 youngsters who represented Singapore for Disney Channel’s “High School Musical: My School Rocks 2008″ held in Hongkong recently, as well as a group of students from NUS.
