3 years of exploration later, I am finally getting back to join the rat race.

Dear 忠實讀者

Blogspot has been down for past few occasions when I tried religiously to make a new posting. Tried and tried. Almost gave up...

Fortunately, I have friends like you who are willing to be my "忠實讀者”。I call them my brothers ;)

After 2 weeks of frustrations, now that I can finally put up a picture, I have forgotten what I had wanted to blog about in the first place!

Anyway, here's a picture taken near my place. Hope to continue my blogging.. and not let laziness get the better of me.

Thanks for dropping by!

Sorry if you've been coming by and not seeing any new postings around here on atomic donut recently.

I've been asked how come there's no new entry here.

Well, well... there could be several possible reasons contributing to it. Let me see..

Firstly, there seems to be some technical issue of uploading pictures online on my end (really). I've been trying for a couple of days but to no avail :(

Secondly, I've been a little busy putting together a photo album for a wedding client recently.

And then, I've not been feeling too energetic recently (was ill actually, first time in many months, quite an achievement for me, considering that I used to fall sick very often back then, heh).

Also, because of reason no. 3, got not much inspirations to write lah.

Last but not least.. I'm simply being lazy (the real reason, perhaps, LOL).

Anyway.. as for the technical bug, will try again for next few days, hope it'll soon work out fine. Too bad this entry will have to do without any picture.

Meanwhile... thanks for your support.

Mind The Gap

I am reminded of "Sliding Doors", a movie I watched several years back.

The movie cleverly presents two parallel lives of the protagonist - one if she just manages to board the train in the subway, and one if she just misses it.

It is very interesting to see how, throughout the movie, two vastly different outcomes unfold in each scenario.

Imagine: What if one split second sends your life in two completely different directions?

Have you ever wondered - What if a certain decision in your life had been made differently in the past?

What if you had chosen to pursue a different education, or career path? What if you had gone to a different school? And what if you were hired by a different company?

What if you had not gone for the party where you would eventually meet your other half? What if you had decided to attend another party?! What if you had married a different person?!

Would your life still be the same now? What if??

Or is everything predestined in life?

Shot an event over the weekend at the Tent@Orchard, Civic Plaza, outside Ngee Ann City. Called "Around The World - Jewellery Show 2009", it was organized by Forever Jewels, a prominent local jewellery manufacturer and design company.

The 3-day showcase featured jewellery in different themes ("Out of Africa", "Mystery of the Orient", "City Lights", and "Ultramarine"). There was a colourful fashion runway show, featuring the various collections.
